can you take the automatic motor off a fantastic fan and just add a crank handle if so witch crank handle

The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vents with motors like the part # FVK1140-09 that you referenced can be opened manually with the manual lift knob that's present on the bottom of the assembly. You wouldn't need to remove the motor to do this.
