The Powerbuilt Unijack # ALL620470 referenced in your question has a weight capacity of 4,000 pounds. This is likely enough for your 8,200 pound trailer, but I recommend going up a bit with the Unijack # ALL620471 that is rated for 6,000 pounds. This will give you more of a safety margin for jacking up the trailer to change a tire. This bottle jack features a lift range of 11 to 21 inches and the safety bar locks the jack into place removing the need for jack stands.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can also check out.
Another option I recommend looking at is the Blaylock EZ Jack # EZ-JACK. This wheel chock is specifically designed for tandem-axle trailers like yours and offers a simple and reliable way to raise up a tire for changing. You will simply roll the good tire up on the wedge and the flat tire will come up off the ground high enough to be changed. I have attached an image to clarify this. It has a weight capacity of 20,000 pounds.
