Replacement Axle Needed for a 2012 Bass Tracker Boat Trailer

Question:

I need a trailer axle for my 2012 bass tracker pro team 175 txw but not sure of hub face measurement. I know the spring center is 67.5”. The bearing disintegrated and rim wore down a flat spot on spindle so I believe the axle replacement would be my only option right? I can’t find the hub face dimensions OR replacement axle anywhere. Thank you

You are on the right track and we do have a solution for you, but it means you will change out your suspension as well. There are replacement spindles but since they have to be installed precisely by a professional welder it is much more safe to go with the new axle system.

What we do have are the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension Systems like part # A35RS545 which have the suspension integrated into them. This specific system is rated for 3,500 lbs, comes with brake mounting flanges, and hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.

If you can let me know what the weight capacity of your current axle is, if you are using brakes, and what the bolt hole dimensions are on your wheel (see article) I can help you find the correct Timbren system for you.
