Does this plunger come in a 3inch length? Need a longer one to clear a light fixture on an enclosed trailer.

The 2 Inch Replacement Plunger # DH605P referenced in your question does not come in a 3 inch length. I verified this with Redline.
We also have the slightly longer 2-1/4 Inch Plunger # PLR64 from Polar Hardware available, which can be used with the Socket # PLR66. This is the longest replacement plunger we have available.
