Question:
I’ve reached out to Lippert. They are not able yo trouble shoot the issue to correct it. How do I go about getting these replaced? I've been trouble shooting the issue with them for a week now. The front right jack and the left rear jack. Neither are working.

Can you please tell me what the exact fault you are seeing on the touchpad is? In the owner's manual it displays a list of different fault codes in addition to the corrective procedure. I would need to know what fault code you are seeing in order to offer any concrete advice. I can however say that the issue is more than likely a pinched wire or blown fuse so you will want to trace the harness from the controller back to each jack that is not working. You may also want to try the manual override procedure which is also listed in the owner's manual. If the jacks will not raise/lower manually then there is a problem with the internal components and the jack will need to be replaced but if they do operate with the manual override then chances are it is just a pinched wire which is usually the case. However, I again still need to know the exact error message you see in order to really hone in on the problem.
