Question:

Will the RM-521195-5 accept Blue Ox push and twist tabs? I like the ease of installation for this Roadmaster baseplate on my corolla IM but I would like to use my existing Falcon 2 that is configured for blue ox tabs arms I guess I could buy and install Roadmaster connectors on the Falcon 2 but I already have some blue ox tabs.

The Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-521195-5 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2018 Toyota Corolla iM. These base plates are directly compatible with Roadmaster tow bars that slide into a trailer hitch like your existing Falcon 2 # RM-520.

It sounds like you may have been using the Falcon 2 with Blue Ox base plates before, which required you to install adapters like # RM-031 on the tow bar. If this is the case, you only need to remove these and replace them with the original Roadmaster swivel collars for it to work with the Roadmaster base plates. If you no longer have these, they can be obtained with part # RM-9200-4. The Blue Ox adapter tabs that you currently have installed will not work with the Roadmaster base plates.
