Due to the age of your trailer I wasn't able to find anything based on the VIN.

The only two solutions I have for you would be to remove the hubs and get the numbers that are stamped on the seal or for you to remove the hubs and use a digital or dial caliper to measure where the seal rides as well as the bore of the hub where the seal installs (see pic).

With that info I can help you figure out what you need.
