I have a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 with Revolver x4s. Bike/Utility rack options mounting in stake pockets Are there any low-profile towers/cross bars compatible with the TracRac base rails for 5.5foot bed? I would lie the flexibility to add the SR to haul gear i want above the cab/bed. However i would like a low-profile cross bar system i can attach bike racks to. What if any options do i have?

This is indeed a great system that will provide versatility for hauling loads with its sliding legs and 1,250 pound capacity, however the base rails are not compatible with any low-profile crossbar systems like what you mentioned.
Your best option for transporting your bikes is with a hitch-mounted rack. The particular bike rack that will work best for you will depend on how many bikes you plan on transporting, along with their styles and weights. I really like the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G, which can handle 2 bikes of up to 60 pounds each, has a tilt-away design, and uses ratcheting hooks to secure your bikes by the front wheels with no frame contact.
Another option is a rack that secures to the floor of your truck bed like the Thule Insta-Gater # TH93VR or the fork mount Hollywood Racks # HRT970.
