Can I get a 6 lug 16 inch wheel with a 6 inch bolt pattern

6 on 6 inch is not a standard trailer bolt pattern so we won't be able to get that for you. The closest would be a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern 16 inch wheel like the part # TA73VR. If this is a trailer application most likely this is the bolt pattern you need.
