I have actually linked a video that will help you with the process of bleeding disc trailer brakes. Go to about the 9:40 mark of the video.
It is basically the same as bleeding drum brakes: make sure the actuator is full of fluid, move the actuator in and out to push fluid and any air back to the calipers, loosen the top-most bleeder screw until fluid comes out. Tighten the bleeder screw and go on to the next brake assembly.
Another option is to get a clear jar and some hose to run from the top bleeder screw to the jar. Fill the jar with enough brake fluid to cover the opening in the hose plus a little extra. Open the bleeder screw and attach the other end of the hose around it. When you push the actuator in bubbles will appear in the jar if there is air in the line. After you no longer see bubbles you can tighten the bleeder screw and move on to the next assembly.
