The Jensen HD LED Television part # JTV4015DC comes pre wired for use on 12 volt circuits so no additional adapter is needed. There is an AC to DC adapter than you can use to plug the TV into a standard 120 volt outlet with part # ACDC3212 but this will not be needed for use with a 12 volt circuit.
In order to mount the TV you can use a wall mount like part # MAF50.
