On your 2004 Ford F-Series Super Duty, the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1108 is a confirmed fit. There are many options for the Air Lift 5,000 system but only a few will work with that hitch. I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57393 for 2WD models or # AL57390 for 4WD models. These will work without modifications.
If you want to add the compressor system to adjust your psi at any time, I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25592. This will give you the gauge and switch to increase or release air pressure
