B&W's awesome Companion 5th wheel hitch # BWRVK3600 for the Ram factory prep package, shown in the linked video, has a shipping weight of 216-lbs, and about 10-lbs of this is packing material. The base portion alone # BWRVB3600 has a shipping weight of 142-lbs (so figure about 135-lbs net) and the head portion alone # BWRVC3006 has a shipping weight of 74-lbs (so figure about 70-lbs net).
The Reese 5th wheel hitch # RP30918 for the Ram OEM package has a shipping weight of 186-lbs so figure about 180-lbs net.
The higher weight of the USA-made B&W model # BWRVK3600 is a reflection of this hitch's superb build quality, which includes features such as beefy 1-inch thick dual jaws.
