Can Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Hitch Be Used On 2021 Ram 2500?

Question:

I have a reese 5th wheel hitch that mounts in a very similar way that this adaptor mounts to my truck. Is there a way to mount my hitch to this adaptor or is there another adaptor? It is a reese elite 18k. thank you

There are several 5th wheel hitches that will fit nicely onto your 2021 Ram 2500, however, the Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel unfortunately does not have a way to pair up to your vehicle. Reese has designed the Elite hitches to work with Ford puck system or custom-fit kits which are not available for your truck.

I'm sure this isn't the answer you were looking for, but I will leave you with some recommendations in case you decide to sell your current 5th wheel and look into a new 5th wheel hitch.

For 8' bed and OEM prep package: Reese M5 5th Wheel 20,000 lbs # RP30918
For 8' bed without OEM prep package: Reese M5 5th Wheel 20,000 lbs # RP30928 along with # RP30035-522.
For 6-1/2' bed with OEM prep package: Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch16,000 lbs # RP30051 along with #RP30154.
For 6-1/2' bed without OEM prep package: Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch16,000 lbs # RP30051 with # RP30035-522.
