Will Reese Signature Series Fit OEM Puck System on 2022 Ram 3500

I'm going to be getting a 2022 Ram 3500 long bed with the OEM puck system. Can I use my older Reese 18K Signature Series 5th wheel hitch with this puck system or are they completely different things?

You will need to use a different 5th wheel hitch for the puck system on your 2022 Ram 3500 as the Reese Signature Series hitches were designed to fit the Ford OEM puck systems and the Reese Elite underbed systems.
Since it sounds like you like the Reese Signature Series hitch I recommend upgrading to the Reese M5 which comes in 20K # RP30918 and 27K # RP37FR weight capacities. These will fit directly to the puck system on your long bed and have an upgraded cushioning system and single-jaw when compared to the Reese Signature so you'll feel an increase in ride quality.
