I took a look at the owner's manual for a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and it does say that you can tow this vehicle behind a motorhome so long as the front wheels are off the ground.

So long as your Grand Caravan is no more than 4,250 lbs (you'll need to take it to a commercial scale to determine this) the best tow dolly to flat tow your van is the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1.

This dolly offers a lot of convenience due to its loading ramps that slide from side-to-side to fit the specific width of your van.
