What dimensions are these U bolts? What grade of steel?

The u-bolts included with # RP58032 are 3/8 inches in diameter. The threaded part has 16 threads per inch. This kit is specific to Reese and Pro-Series chain hanging weight distribution systems so if that is what you have then this is the correct kit.
The u-bolts are constructed of carbon steel but there isn't anything more specific available than that. The nuts for them are grade 2.
As far as the size the u-bolts are 1-7/8 inches tall overall. On the inside they are 1-9/16 inches tall. And from the center of one threaded end to the center of the other is 1 inch. The threaded length is 1 inch.
