Is it Hard to Remove Camco RV Polyethylene Propane Tank Cover # CAM40532 to Access Tanks

Question:
Hi, My question is: If I want to refill a cylinder, is this a large project to pull the halves apart or does the entire unit slide over the tanks? Im just thinking upon refill I dont want to be dealing with a bunch of work.

Expert Reply:
There is a little mounting tab at the bottom of each half of Camco RV Polyethylene Propane Tank Cover # CAM40532. These tabs are used to secure the cover to the trailer if you choose to. It can just sit on the tanks unsecured. So at most you would have to remove 2 screws and then you could pull the cover up from around the tanks!
