Based on my research your 1974 13 foot Boler trailer will have 13 inch wheels and the hub caps you are seeking are the baby moons. The Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap - Chrome-Plated Steel - Qty 1 # AM90086 fit the conventional style wheels with the raised ring for this cap to fit over. If you want the replacement wheels and tires for these caps, I recommend the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" Black Wheel with +.5 Offset - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D # AM31241.
