What is the Difference Between the B&W Companion OEM and B&W Companion Adapter

I thought the BandW companion hitches were single point attachment but I see some are four point so what is the difference between the companion and patriot. Thank You

There are two different types of B&W Companion 5th wheel trailer hitches. There is a Companion Adapter like part # BWRVK3500 and a Companion OEM like part # BWRVK3300. The Companion Adapter installs into a B&W gooseneck trailer hitch via a single connection point whereas the Companion OEM install into the factory puck system via four mounting points.
A B&W Patriot 5th wheel trailer hitch like part # BWRVK3255 also installs using four mounting points but this hitch is designed to be used with industry standard above bed rails (ISR) not factory pucks.
