Im looking for a 5th wheel hitch that will work with a 2021 Ram 2500 with the Ram boxes. It is a 6-1/2 bed w/o OEM prep package. The Ram boxes are boxes built into the side of the bed of the truck from the factory. I have sent a photo. Can you help me find a product that will work with this truck?

With your truck having RamBoxes that definitely complicates things, but we got you covered. To start, you are going to need to swap out your current pin box with a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret # RP77FR, unfortunately.
It's not going to be as simple as to just drop a hitch in the bed - you're going to need a bit more. So from here, you'd then be able drop in a hitch # RP30928 and a rail kit # RP56009-53.
