What are the dimensions between the bolt holes? The one I have is 3 1/2inch on center!

From center to center, the bolt holes on the Buyers Products Black Receiver Tube # 3371804055 measure 3.5" vertically and 3.38" horizontally, as you can see in the accompanying photo.
