Dimensions of B&W Tow & Stow From Top of Receiver to Top of Ball When in Lowest Position

Question:

Hello, Ive measured the top of the receiver hitch opening on my RAM 2500 23 and the top of the coupler on my trailer when level 16. Giving me a difference of 7. I see this hitch has a 7 inch drop, but I also see the ball is above the receiver when in the highest position. Can you tell me what the measurement is of this hitch from the top of the receiver to the top of the 2 inch ball when in the lowest position? Thank you.

The B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10049B measures approximately 5-1/4" from the top of the receiver to the top of the 2" ball when in the lowest position.

Keep in mind that drop is measured from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform, so if you needed a ball mount with 7" of drop the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10049B would be the correct one for you.
