What is the proper torque for this wheels lug bolts

The Taskmaster 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire # TA26RR comes with a 12" white spoke wheel that uses 1/2" - 20 size wheel bolts and coned lugs. The legs themselves should be torqued between 75 - 85 ft./lb. as you can see in the attached chart.
