Tool to Tighten Ball Assembly of Fastway Flash E Series Adjustable 2-Ball Mount FA42-00-2600

Question:

Hello, I purchased an aluminum adjustable 6 hitch from you guys a little while back. I believe its a Fastway Flash with the two different sized balls. Ive only used it about 10 times and pull a utility trailer with one side by side on it RZR XP900. I just noticed the balls are loose and jiggle within the mount. Is there anyway to tighten the balls or is there a warranty? Thanks.

Thank you for your many purchases, including that for the Fastway Flash E Series Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # FA42-00-2600. We do offer replacement parts including the Main Adjustment Bolt # DTBM24 and the 5/16 Allen Hex Tool # DTBM26.

My contact at Fastway said that you should be able to use the tool to tighten the bolt to eliminate the play of the ball assembly within its mount.

This ball mount does carry a 1-year warranty.

@Tyler it looks like the main adjustment bolt was discontinued. I would reach out to Fastway (Progress Mfg.) directly to see if they still have any available. 800-478-5578.
