To install a brake controller, like the Prodigy P3 # 90195, in your 2017 Ford F-250 there's a factory connector behind the instrument cluster finish panel in the center of the truck's dash. Pry this panel up and release the locking tabs to remove this panel. Then use the adapter, part # 22292, to plug into that connector and the Prodigy.
If you have a different brand of controller let me know the model number if you need the correct adapter.
