What is the mounting bolt hole diameter of the Curt 2 1/2 inch lunette eyes?

I contacted the manufacturer and found that the mounting hole dimensions of the Lunette Ring with 4 Hole Base, item # C48550, are 4-1/2 inches up and down and 4-1/2 inches left to right. The holes are 5/8 of an inch in diameter.
