It sounds like a possible tow package fuse or relay has blown on your 2013 Ford F-150. The relay number 9 and Fuse number 21 (30A) should be checked first. Then if there is still not power at the 7-way on the 1 o'clock pin you can use circuit tester # PTW2993 to trace that wire probing every few feet to find a short and replace as needed with # 10-1-1 sold by the foot.
