The fuses for the 7-way trailer connector on your 2013 Ford F-150 are in the power distribution center as follows:
Trailer Tow Brake Control #17 30 Amp Fuse
Trailer Tow Battery Charge #21 20 Amp Fuse
Trailer Tow Back-Up Lamp #43 15 Amp Fuse
Trailer Tow Stop/Turn Lamps #73 20 Amp Fuse
Once you check each of the above fuses I recommend you probe each of the pins on the 7-way while the respective signals are active. If none of the pins receive a signal then you may need to take the vehicle into a dealer or repair shop to have the issue diagnosed because it could be an issue with the body control module which sends power to the trailer connector via the power distribution center. If either the trailer side or vehicle side trailer connectors were not grounded properly that could then cause an issue with the lights so this will need to be checked as well.
