How do you remove the rear latch assembly on a xtang revolution tonneau rollup cover?

In order to replace the Replacement Rear Latch Assembly on your Extang Revolution Soft Tonneau Cover you will first need to remove the end cap on the rail. Once that is done there is a screw on the underside of the latch that will need to be removed. Once this is done you can slide the old latch off and the new one on while repeating the first two steps in opposite order.

Please note that there are four latch assemblies on the Extang Revolution Soft Tonneau Cover, each of which has a different part number. For the tail end of the cover on the passenger side you will want to use part # EX1090 and for the tail end of the cover on the driver side you will want to use part # EX1091. For the cab end of the cover on the driver side you will want to use part # EX1093.

We offer all of these replacement latches for the exception of the cab end on the passenger side for which you would need to contact Extang for replacement.
