Is your axle actually bent or are you just seeing the bow that is supposed to be in the axle? A beam style trailer axle has a bow in it so the center of the axle is higher than either of the ends. When weight is on the axle it straightens out. This is part of how it gets its capacity. So if that is what you are seeing it is normal.

If it is bent from damage or was overloaded then you would definitely want to replace the axle. To find the correct replacement there are some measurements needed. based on the sticker it appears you have a 3,500 pound axle there with a spring seat to spring seat measurement of 68-1/2 inches.

The replacement beam axles we have in the 3,500 pound capacity have a 74 inch spring seat measurement. You can have new spring seats, # TRSS238, welded on in the correct location by a professional welder.

We also would need to know the hub face to hub face measurement. The hub face is where the wheel makes contact with the hub. Ours have an 89 inch spacing and it appears that yours might be 86 inches. Our axles such as # T3584F-EZ-8974 at 3 inches longer would stick out an extra 1-1/2 inches on each side.

Another option is to replace the axle and suspension by using a Timbren Axle-Less system # ASR3500S05. These can be used in a tandem axle set up but not a triple axle set up.
