Question:

3.5. 4 inch drop axel...4.5 bolt pattern. Electric brakes. Frame is 7ft wide. 95 hub to hub. 81 inch center of spring..how much to get it made and how long...also need 1 tear fender

All of our 3,500LB, 4" drop axles with 95" hub face like our etrailer Axle # e45SR you found are going to have a 80" spring center. As we do not offer custom axles you can easily have the springs seats removed and 2 new Seats # TRSS238 installed at your 81" spring center. This is typically cheaper and much faster than ordering a custom axle from a local dealer.

I recommend upgrading to the U-Bolt Kit # CE23002 with galvanized spring plates and zinc coated hardware to resist corrosion.
