Looks like you are in need of a number 42 spindle like the part # TRU37FR. The numbers you listed aren't part numbers but judging by the shape of what you sent in a picture of this is a match. You still might verify this though by measuring where the bearings ride. If those dimensions are 1.25 and 1.74 inch then this is the correct.
