Question:
I purchased a set of hubs from you back in January 8-213-5UC1. I purchased these knowing that the inner bearing was the wrong diameter and knowing that I could purchase a mate to the existing race that would work for my application. The outer bearing was correct. I have now been able to attempt the installation and have run into two issues: - spindle length is about .25inch too short and - the hub diameter that passes through the wheel bore is too large. Can you tell me the required spindle length and diameter of the hub that passes through the wheel for the following product? thanks

I think you may be going about replacing your hubs backwards. The only way to do it is to first determine what spindle you have on the trailer and then find the correct hub to fit it by either using the bearing numbers or the dimensions of the spindle.
The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-655-6-K would require a 42 spindle like the part # TRU37FR. This hub has 1.25 and 1.75 inches where the bearings ride.
If you send me the info you find I can help you find the right part.
