Question:
I have an Winnie view 2010 on a dodge sprinter 2008 chassis with a mercedes engine. Need to install a brake controller. There is no green plug under the drivers seat nor are there 2 whites and two yellows with a tag under the dash. Have been everywhere to find out what to order and a wiring diagram to hook this up. No luck. Do you have a wiring diagram for this vehicle and can you tell me which brake box to order from you and any other wiring we need. The rear trailer connect is 6 outside pins and a center pin. Thanks

If your Winnie is indeed built on a 2008 Dodge Sprinter Chassis you can hard-wire a trailer brake controller like the easy-to-use and reliable Prodigy P3 # 90195 by using only two other parts.
You will use the # ETBC7 brake controller installation kit; this includes all the wiring parts and connectors needed to install the controller, as well as a 7-way socket (part # 37185 - already included in the kit).
The other item needed is simply a basic 4-pole harness # 118650 which plugs in to the Sprinter tail light connectors. Installation of this kit will also include running the included 12V power lead to the battery.
This brake controller install completely bypasses any existing or missing OEM components. The controller of your choice, the # ETBC7 kit and the 4-pole kit # 118650 are everything you need.
Several articles and a video are linked for you too. We do not have OEM wiring guides for vehicles.

I have a 2008 Winnebago view built on the Mercedes chassis. It has the 6 pin trailer plug in the back along with the 2 white and 2 yellow wires under the dash. What do I need to do toconnect a brake controller? Thanks Ron P
