We do carry an 8 ply 175/80 R13 size trailer tire but unfortunately not 10 ply. The one we have is part # AM10210 that has a maxium weight capacity of 1,610 pounds when inflated to 65 psi. It also has a speed rating up to 81 mph. I've linked a video review on the tire too.

Yes, if you have 10" hub/drum assemblies on your trailer then the smallest wheel that is compatible is a 13" wheel like you stated. There are other ways to lower your trailer like using shorter hangers but to use smaller wheels like…
