Expert Reply:
The Kenda 165/65-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C # AM3H200 uses the Americana # AM20011 wheel which has a zero offset. This will split the width in half, so once you account for the thickness of the mounting plate, you will have about 2-1/2 inches on either side of that mounting location for the wheel but when you include the tire it will be about 3.3 inches to either side. So the rim backspacing is 2-1/2 inches and the Tire backspacing is 3.3 inches.
