Question:

I have a 2012 Rockwood Mini lite. Thresold height 22 1/2 inch Door width: 24 inch flange to flange Door width where door closes 25 Do you have a set of folding stairs, with two steps or anything That would work on my threshold height. Looking for fold in stairs that Lock in place. What would you recommend? Thanks

I do have a solution for you, but the closest thing that we have to what you are describing is the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps # LC698799. This would be compatible with your door width but is only compatible with a threshold range of 27" - 36" from the ground.

For your application I recommend going with the Lippert Pull-Out Steps # LC432696. These are some of the most popular steps that we have to offer and are made for a threshold height of about 24-1/4" so it's right near your range.

The steps are manually operated so you will not have to run any wiring and they automatically lock in the stowed position. They have an all-steel construction that is protected with a black powder coat finish for rust resistance.

The mounting holes on the frame are 7" apart on center and they sit 24" wide on center from bracket to bracket (see attached picture). If these mounting brackets do not match up with what you currently have, or if you don't have mounting brackets, then you can install the Outriggers # LC301704 which provide you with the mounting points once installed.
