First of all, We Love this step! I had considered one of the steps that tip up inside of the door. Am I glad I did't go that route! After a summer of camping and talking with people , I realized the tip in step needs to be cleaned off before flipping into the camper door. That style also needs to have the legs adjusted every time you set up a new campsite. With the LC432696 it flips down with a lite pull and the third step flips over with the smoothest motion. Its easy to keep clean and when wet it doesn't get slippery like other steps. The step is very sturdy and very well made. I would give it 5 move stars if I could! Thanks for a great step! Wayne
Hitches came the next day as promised along with being packed and box very good. Product was in excellent condition. Exceeded my expectations! Great company to do business with.
The product what exactly what it was advertised as. The dimensions were spot on and were a help in making sure that I was getting an exact replacement. The new steps were also a lot easier to open and close than the original equipment on the trailer. I still have another set of the OEM steps on the trailer and will probably be replacing them with this product in the future.

Need a welder to install, once I have that done I’ll submit pictures & a better review.
My package arrived a day late, no fault of ETrailer, due to the 4th July holiday.
Package arrived in good shape as well as the 2 taillights was also ordered. Everything was packed very good. Stairs are exactly as pictured, very rugged & good looking.

Perfect
This was a replacement for Lippert steps that were original on my 2017 Grand Design.
it fit perfect. The difference is the original one was made out of cast iron and there's no way to repair them. The new one has a steel frame and if it breaks it can be welded. The handles or not on the original ones either. The new one is a much better product. Thanks!

Received next day great service. Took about an hour and half to install. Seem to be sturdy well made and price was good. Would purchase from etrailer again.
I bought this to replace my factory rear steps on my Sporttrek Touring 312VBH after I accidentally destroyed them hitting a raised curb. I honestly wish I would’ve hit that curb sooner because these things are a huge upgrade! They are way lighter and fold up super easily. Hands down recommend these.
Replaced solid steps with fold down steps. I had to cut opening in my lower skirt as mine was a new installation. The fold down steps are great as was my experience with etrailer

Used the the steps now for a year and it still works great, the new steps are made better and stronger then the original

After a year of use the Alum-tread steps are still working well. I recommend this product.
As in the past, etrailer is the best. Always competitive pricing, fast processing and my product shows up fast. I had to replace the stairs on my 2003 Forest River Wildcat trailer and etrailer had the perfect replacement. And happily it was easy to replace, all the bolt holes are still the same after 18 years.

We use our trailer frequently and it doubles as a guest room at our home. Stairs are great. Prefer this type of stairs over the newer kind that stores inside the door. Just old fashion that way.
I just recieved my steps in a lot quicker than i expected, etrailer even called to verify my address, because it was an RV park. The steps were delivered right to my site. I just installed them it took me 30 min, but I already previously moved the old steps. Since my last steps were the same brand different model it bolted right up. The biggest challenge is the can be awkward and heavy. I am very pleased so far with my first experience with etrailer!

The stairs were a great product. They have been sturdy. We lived inn the camper for 4 months this year.
Had a shoulder bolt break on my alumi-tread steps. Unable to find parts to repair them, I started looking for the best price I could find to replace them. On etrailer website I found some used steps that were the same as mine. After talking to Lazer, I decided to order a set that I could use for parts. They came very quickly, but on inspection I discovered that I could not use them for parts. Even though they had the same part number and looked the same, they were constructed differently. Online the steps were described as being scratched and dirty, but I decided that they didn't look any worse than the ones on my camper. Took me about an hour to remove the old steps and install the "new" ones. I would caution anyone in my situation to be careful, Lippert has made changes. Fortunately, the frame is identical and bolt patterns are the same. I feel fortunate that I didn't have to buy a new set of steps because of a broken bolt. My thanks to Lazer and etrailer!

After considerable use these steps are still working just fine,with no problems. Cant imagine why they were used.
Good looking, solid steps. Upgrade from original steps.
Staff was really easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. Steps arrived in great shape and bolted right up. Will definitely look at etrailer.com first next time I need parts.
