Yes, the Lippert Pull Out steps part # LC432687 that you referenced will fit your 2017 Forest River Sandstorm 282SLR. These steps are all basically made to the same dimensions. If what you have now though is a 2 step setup it would be a bit narrower than these steps.
So if that is the case we have new outriggers (mounting brackets) as part # LC301704.
These steps are brand new.
