There is a hitch that is a fit for your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited, the Curt # C13383. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver, 400 lb tongue weight capacity and 4,000 lb towing capacity.

To add a 4-flat wiring harness you would want the Curt T-Connector # C56322.
