The Hopkins Fold-Over Mounting Bracket # HM48595 is a stand-alone bracket and would not be compatible with other brackets such as Mount Bracket # 18140. What you would want to use is bracket # 18140 along bracket # 18144. You can see how they work together in the video I've linked for you.

The width between the mounting holes of the Hopkins Fold-Over Mounting Bracket # HM48595 is 2 inches, as you can see in the accompanying photo. I've also added a link to a video review of this part for you to take a look at.
