The Roadmaster Base Plate Kit, # 1164-1, includes all the parts needed to install the base plates on the 2002 Toyota Camry, but it does not include a tow bar.
These are XL style base plates so you will need a tow bar compatible with XL base plates. The most economical tow bar is the Tracker, # RM-020. In order to make the base plate arms removable, you would also need Quick Disconnect Kit, # RM-201. I have included a link to the installation details for the tow bar for you to view.
There are several other components necessary for flat towing a vehicle behind a motor home. In addition to the tow bar and base plates, you will also need safety cables, lighting, and a supplemental braking system.
For safety cables, I recommend Coiled Cables, # RM-643. The coiled design will keep them off the ground. For lighting there are several options. I have included a link to an FAQ article that explains the options.
For braking, most states now require a supplemental braking system on vehicles being towed behind motor homes. The easiest to install and use is the Roadmaster Even Brake, # RM-9400. This applies the vehicle brake in proportion to how much the motor home is braking which saves wear and tear on the vehicle and motor home brakes and is the safest way to stop.
