Yes, the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire that is mounted on the tire and rim combo # AM3S060 you referenced is also available with # AM3S030 for a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern.
This bias ply tire has a maximum load of 1,100 pounds at 35 psi and includes a limited 2-year warranty. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also take a look at.
