The Winnebago website shows a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 22,000-lbs for the Sightseer 33C.

So, for your Winnie's 2014 Ford F-53-base chassis you can use SumoSprings front-axle kit # SSF-170-40-2. This is a full kit with both top and bottom brackets; it replaces the factory bump stops. For the rear you can use kit # SSR-180-54-1.
