Would this hitch fit a 2003 Nissan Frontier extended cab with a 6' bed?

Nissan refers to their cab style that is most commonly considered to be "extended cab" as a King cab. The Curt hitch part # 13831 that you referenced is a fit for the King Cab 2003 Nissan Frontiers so it would work well for you.
