I need another screw knob for one of my mirrors. Model Number 10900. It came off and it was lost.

For your CIPA Tow Mirror set part # CM10900 we have the hardware kit part # CM10903 which comes with the screws and a few other parts you can keep as spares. We do not have just the screws by themselves.
