I reached out to my contact at Swagman and confirmed that the Replacement Wheel Tray - Swagman Quad 2+2 2-Bike and 4-Bike Carrier - Inner Left/Outer Right # SQ1011 will fit on the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style for 1-1/4" and 2" Trailer Hitches # S64650. Those two racks do use the same cross tube diameter, so they are confirmed to fit.
