The K-Source Backup Mirror part # KSC088 is not designed for multiple uses. If the mirror has already been attached and secured, it cannot be moved to another location. The double sided adhesive tape used to attach the mirror is not rated for this type of application. The only option I have for you would be to use a similar double sided tape to reattach the mirror or purchase a new one.
I recommend using masking tape to layout the position of the mirror as this will eliminate the risk of installing it in the wrong place. As long as the source the mirror is placed onto is cleaned and cleared of debris prior to installation, the mirror should stay on for as long as you like it to. It has a 90 day warranty so if anything happens in the meantime it can be replaced.
I have attached a review video of the mirror for you to check out.
