Is The CIPA Hot Spot Mirror Made Of Real Glass

CIPA doesn't just come out and say what the material is so I ran out to the warehouse and checked out the Hot Spot Mirror 4" x 5-1/2" Convex Stick On # 49402. According to the back label of the packaging the mirror is made of glass and the trim and backing are made of plastic.
I've seen some reviews that state that the double-sided tape isn't the best so I recommend picking up some that's a bit more heavy duty from your local hardware store to ensure the mirror will fully stick to your vehicle's mirror.
